One of Dallas’ most anticipated springtime events is the Swiss Avenue Historic District Mother’s Day Home Tour.
Every year, six or seven homeowners open their 100-year old homes so people can come inside and enjoy a look around.
Home tours are a great item to add to your adventure list because:
🔑 They’re a beautiful way to feel the heartbeat of a city by observing the homeowners’ chosen styles and decor.
🔑 Snippets of historical information given at each home stir up imaginary adventures back in time.
🔑 The money made from a home tour goes right back into your community.
So, if you can’t find a home tour near you, go ahead and add the annual Swiss Avenue Historic District Mother’s Day Home Tour to your adventure list for next year. 🌷
