Sony Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones
These days, I find myself traveling quite a bit, both across the wide prairie spaces of Texas, and above the forested beauty of the eastern United States. I often see other people wearing noise canceling headphones and wonder why I’ve never gotten a pair for myself. Hmmm. #christmaslistideas
Living Proof Restore Perfecting Spray
Every time I see a certain very product-savvy friend of mine, she tells me about the latest-greatest thing that’s rockin’ her style. Here’s a brand my friend highly recommends, and here’s a link to one of her styling products you can steal a Prime Big Day deal on today!
Apple Watch – 2nd Generation
Of all the jewelry I like to wear, it’s cute watches that I adore the most. My favorites are big and a bit blingy, and the noise they make when bumping into the bookended bracelets I wear just makes me really happy. That said, I’ve been resistant to the popularity of an Apple Watch. And yet, I saw a girlfriend wearing one with this white band, and I must confess: This snappy timekeeper lends a little wiggle room to my watch-wearing wariness. If you feel the same way, get this one today for $229.
Play-Doh Bulk Pak – 48 cans
My grandson loves him some Play-Doh! While I think this would be a great gift for his adorable three year-old self, I wonder if his Mommy and Daddy would appreciate his Mammie showing up with 48 tubs of sticky stuff?? So, here’s a better idea. How about giving out tubs of Play-Doh to your trick-or-treaters this year? At this price, it’s no more expensive than handing out candy bars. ⭐️
Apple iPad 9th Generation
Confession: My hubby and I have not watched TV in bed for years. I mean, it’s bad for your marriage, right? ALL the experts say so. But, I haven’t seen a rule anywhere that prohibits each of us from watching our own shows on our own iPads. He watches sports, I watch old TV series. He listens to preachers, I listen to podcasts. This little arrangement has worked out so well! However, somebody needs a new device. Somebody was generous to his wife a couple years ago, and has since been using her hand-me-down until his own iPad has morphed into a true blue clunker. Shh … can you keep a secret? He’s getting a new one for Christmas!!
5-inch Smart Mini LED TV
Speaking of TV, this is a great buy on a 75-inch QLED. When you click, scroll down for an option to get a virtual view of how it will look in your room. Isn’t that amazing?
Curling Wand Set
We women are wearing our hair much longer than our mothers and grandmothers did. With beauty tools like this set of curling wands, there’s no need to wear those long locks in a scraggly bun. Let the curls flow! (Video tutorials are provided at the link.)
4-Piece Travel Packing Cubes
If you’ve been following me for a while, you will remember that I was blessed to take a dream trip to England last fall with my long-time friend, Lisa. Our guide had given us plenty of time to plan what we would take, and she encouraged us to err on the side of minimal. So, I packed, and Lisa packed, and we compared notes along the way. Both of us decided that packing cubes were going to be a must. And we were right. How helpful it was to coordinate those cubes! The set of cubes below isn’t the exact same as what I took, and you can find more colorful if you want to. But take a look at the video and photos at the link before you decide. What I like about this set is the handles. The cubes can be stacked sideways, such that the handle is on top. I love that! I also loved our big trip to England! It was a grand and blessed adventure. If you want to enjoy the same experience, contact Shelly at Walkabout Tours. I simply can’t say enough about how amazing our trip across the pond turned out to be.
Fisher Price Baby Walker Learning Toy
Are you a grandparent? Or just need to get a baby gift? Here’s a really popular little baby walker that gets five stars and transitions from pushing to riding.
Artificial Christmas Tree and Stand, 9 feet
Anyone been putting off the purchase of a new Christmas tree? This one sure is pretty, and it’s definitely priced right! Ho, ho, ho!!!
Solar Deck Lights
If you’re anything like me, you are a touch crazy about outdoor lighting. Is there anything more relaxing that sitting outside in the evening? Yes, there certainly is. That would be sitting outside in the evening with soft lights all around! These deck lights are beautiful. I can picture myself right this minute, legs wrapped in a cozy throw, cup of hot tea in hand. Mmmmmm.
Black Leather Soft Desk Chair
Now that everyone has been working remotely for a while, the ol’ desk chair could probably stand a switcheroo. Isn’t this one elegant? I like the black and gold combo, and I think it would look so pretty in either a modern or traditional decor. If I were going with modern, I would use some abstract art on the wall above the desk and black photo frames on the opposite wall. For a traditional twist, I would put an embroidered pillow in the desk chair, install new flooring and lay down a luxurious rug for my feetsies. What would you do?
Personalized Initial Letter Pouch Makeup Bag
Isn’t this the cutest little makeup pouch? Every girl (or gal) loves monograms and initials, which means that whoever receives this bag from you is going to love it!
Glass Electric Tea Kettle
After that wonderful trip to England last fall, my love for all.things.tea was rekindled in a big way. Thankfully, my son knows his Merm very well, and he gifted me with this beautiful electric tea kettle for Christmas last year, and this one is super nice as well. You can put loose tea in the holder and let it steep in the pot. Shall we have a spot of tea and a biscuit, ol’ chap?
Hands Free Magnifying Glass
Listen up – if you hear a friend, coworker, grandmother or mom say, “I used to cross-stitch, but the stitches are too small now,” then that sweet homebody might need one of these handy dandy hands-free magnifying glasses. Just sayin.’
Merino Wool Ski Socks
Okay, seriously. I love ski socks. Maybe that comes from the fun memories I have of all the ski vacations my mom and dad provided for us when I was growing up. Perhaps thinking about ski socks reminds me of how organized I felt when I had a brilliant idea to use my old Samsonite luggage to store my own family’s ski wear in our attic. (That matching lime green set of suitcases had a long and useful life!) Whatever it is that brings on all the feels, I really love ski socks, and I bet there’s someone on your gift list who feels the same (weird) way.
Knot Throw Pillow Balls
I just finished reading Dawn Barton’s new book, which is all kinds of sweet and funny. While I highlighted quite a few parts on my digital copy, I also had to giggle out loud every time Dawn mentioned her extreme love for throw pillows. I bet she would really like a little group of these ball shaped pillows for a guest bed or for the sofa in a family media room hangout. They come in plenty of colors and sizes!
Light Up Football
Calling all parents of boys! This light up football would make a great gift for any guy in your life. I’m even thinking about getting one to have on hand for Thanksgiving when my family needs a break from the 1000-piece puzzle I’ll be insisting we finish. 🙂
PUMA GOLF Men’s Ignite Nxt Lace Golf Shoe
“Do people still wear golf shoes?” I asked my hubby. “Yes, but not usually the old kind with cleats,” he answered. Well, there ya’ have it. Isn’t this pair so trendy and stylish?
Fly Fans for Tables
If there’s one thing in life you can count on, it’s this. The guys at Sad Monkey Mercantile know how to spot a trend. They also know how to start up a business and boost it straight from 0-100 in 30 days flat. But that’s partly because they know how to make guests comfortable enough to stay a while. Like allllll day and into the beauty of a Panhandle starry night. Because, hey. If the flies aren’t forcing a Texan indoors, a Texan will sit outside shootin’ the breeze, listening to music and ordering from a food truck ’till the cows (or Longhorns) come home.
Nespresso Capsules
Are you a coffee drinker? Do you have an espresso machine at home? I love ours, and this is my favorite pod. If you want to know how to use these little jewels to make outrageously good coffee in your own kitchen, read this.
Amazon Fire Kids Tablet
For the preschooler on your list. After all, if the little varmint has his own tablet, he won’t be beggin’ to use yours. 🙂
Large Grill and Picnic Caddy
Keep all your tailgating supplies organized and ready in this large grill and picnic caddy. Isn’t that ingenious to have provided a place for the roll of paper towels?
Gold Initial Necklace
Remember the outfit I put together in yesterday’s Prime Big Day Deals post? Well, it needed one more thing to finish out the look. A gold necklace like this one!
The Big Texas Cookbook
Okay, you knew I couldn’t finish out two days of deals without including something with TEXAS written on it, right? Check out this cookbook from the editors of Texas Monthly. Regular price is $37.50, but today’s deal has it marked down to $15.38. You just can’t beat that deal with a stick.
